The time to design our PCC T-SHIRTS has come!

Requirements:
1. Overall front design should be around 8.5×11? (design can fit either horizontally or vertically)
2. 2-3 colors for front design. 1 color for back
3. High resolution design

Needs to include the following information:
1. Spoken | Heard
Echoes of Silenced Voices
2. UCSD Kaibigang Pilipino
3. 17th Annual Pilipino Cultural Celebration
4. April 18 and 19, 2008
5. Irwin M. Jacobs Qualcomm Hall
