Hellooooo STUDENTS! The date for KP HSC (FEB 4!!!) is fast approaching, and we have some quick announcements.
- If you are PRE-REGISTERED, please keep an eye out for a confirmation call this week. We are calling to ask if you are still able to come. If you can, let the caller know and they will give you more info. If you say you CANNOT make it, WE WILL CROSS YOU OFF OUR LIST to make room for day-of registration. This means you will lose your guaranteed spot. So make sure you absolutely can’t make it before you say you’re not coming.
- PLEASE arrive to UCSD’s Price Center BY 7am to line up on Library Walk for check in. There will be signs directing you to parking from Gilman Dr. and Villa La Jolla Dr., and then to the UCSD PRICE CENTER, which is where the event will be held.
- We will be processing pre-registered students until 8:30a.If you have not arrived by 8:30a, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR GUARANTEED SPOT. The only way you will be able to get in is through day-of registration. There will already be a line of students waiting to get in that way, so your chances of getting in will be very low. PLEASE be on time. PLEASE accomodate for traffic, travel time, anything else you can think of so that you can make it on time. PLANNING TO BE THERE AT 7AM IS THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE YOUR SPOT!
- From 8:30-9:15, we will be accepting day of students (those who did not get the chance to pre register, but still want to attend) based on space availability. . THIS WILL BE BY A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. NO exceptions.
- ALL students pre-registered or attempting to do day-of registration MUST print out this Liability Waiver, have it signed by their parents, and bring it to us day-of. Without this form, you will not be allowed into the conference, and your name will crossed off of our roster. FOR THOSE HOPING TO GET IN DAY-OF, please be aware that you also need to bring this form SIGNED, or you will not be allowed in, no matter how long you have waited.
So.. Pre-registered Students should Arrive at 7 AM at UCSD’s Price Center Day-of registration will begin at 8:30; any pre-registered students not checked in by that point will lose their spot Day of Reg will be based on a first come, first serve basis PRINT OUT AND BRING THIS LIABILITY FORM!!!!!!!!!!
