Filipino Collegiate Collaborative

FCC College To Career Conference

The Filipino Collegiate Collaborative, also known as FCC, is an assembly of the Filipino collegiate organizations in San Diego; representatives from CSUSM Kamalayan Alliance, Miramar College FASA, UCSD KP, USD FUSO, SDSU AB Samahan, and Southwestern College Pagkakaisa make up FCC. Through a leadership retreat and semi-annual intercollegiate events, FCC aims to foster community involvement and open collaboration. The reps also meet monthly to share ideas, discuss community concerns, and provide support for each other’s campus events. FCC was created in 2002 by then KP advisor Christy Nierva and AB Samahan advisor Sal Flor in response to the language classes being cut from universities.

FCC Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month.
