Filipino Collegiate Collaborative

The Filipino Collegiate Collaborative (FCC) is an assembly of the Filipino collegiate organizations in San Diego with representatives from: CSU San Marcos' Kamalayan Alliance, Miramar College's Filipino American Student Association, UC San Diego's Kaibigang Pilipino, University of San Diego's Filipino Ugnayan Student Organization, San Diego State University's AB Samahan, and Southwestern College Pagkakaisa.

Through a leadership retreat and semi-annual intercollegiate events, FCC aims to foster community involvement and open collaboration. The reps also meet monthly to share ideas, discuss community concerns, and provide support for each other’s campus events. FCC was created in 2002 by KP advisor Christy Nierva and AB Samahan advisor Sal Flor in response to the language classes being cut from universities.
