- What’s one way you’ve improved yourself since coming to KP?
I’m much more of a feeler now. To be honest, I like to cry and it just feels dope being honest with your vulnerabilities. KP has triggered, frustrated, and loved me in ways that really strike me on fundamental levels. It’s emotional. Now open the flood gates already! - If you could acquire a super power to help you with your board position, what would it be?
Omniscience. I have such terrible memory and forgetting some community members’ names embarrasses me to no end. - If KP adopted a pet, what would it be and what would you name it?
An iguana named furry, bc KP should not be afraid to step outside of the box! - If you can have anything named after you, what would it be?
A school for critical race theory by day, and a school of rock by night. Worddd? - What is your favorite wardrobe color combination?
Black cords, plain shirt, and something bold/vibrant over. Nothing boring, but nothing too busy either. - Your catch phrase?
More like hand gesture. It’s all I do. It looks like giving yourself a finger moustache with the remaining fingers in a cascade, a move which fyi is only to be used in provocative “oh-dang” moments. See me for demonstration.
Christene Joy Rigonan Manglal-lan

- What’s one way you’ve improved yourself since coming to KP?
One way that I have seen myself improve since coming to KP is definitely developing my ability to become a better leader through assisting others with planning events, working on my public speaking, listening to what people have to say, keeping an open mind, and most importantly understanding what it means to be in a community such as KP. - If you could acquire a super power to help you with your board position, what would it be?
It would to be able to multiply myself so that I can be at different places at the same time. I could be at a meeting, class, and a one.on.one all at the same time. Amazing. - If KP adopted a pet, what would it be and what would you name it?
Cha-cha. No particular reason why I chose that name, but I think it would be cute. :] - If you can have anything named after you, what would it be?
A Microsoft Word font. It would be called “C.J. Manglalalalala…” - What is your favorite wardrobe color combination?
Lavender, teal, with a hint of black, gold, and silver. I definitely don’t dress like this, but I think this would be an awesome combination - Your catch phrase?

I’d probably want the ability to fly so I wouldn’t have to drive to all the external meetings that I have to go to. Oh, and flying would be cool because then I could fly hella fast and never be late to anything, no matter how many times I hit snooze on my cell phone. - If KP adopted a pet, what would it be and what would you name it?
I would have a KP puppy and name him Progressive, the KP Puppy =) - If you can have anything named after you, what would it be?
I think I’d want a star named after me, as long as it’s not some tiny star that no one can see. If not a star, though, I think I’d want my name on some fancy theater or concert hall because I’m a total music and theater nerd who’s addicted to performing. - What is your favorite wardrobe color combination?
What I wear depends on my mood, but you can never go wrong with black and some accent color (like teal or silver). It’s classy. - Your catch phrase?
